Referrals are attributed for 30 days from the click, based on the current cookie window.
Commissions move to approved after 14 days (to allow for returns), then become available for payout once you reach the minimum of $50.
If an order is refunded or cancelled before the commission is approved, related commission is reversed and will not be paid.
